Your Order Process
Follow your custom table from order to delivery
Wood Selection
Based on your specification, we carefully select the oak that best reflects your chosen style, rustic character, and finish.
Weeks 1-2
Into the Kiln
Once your oak has been carefully selected, it enters our kiln for its final conditioning. Although it has already been naturally air-dried for several years, this final stage ensures the timber reaches the ideal moisture content for crafting furniture that will remain stable for generations.
Weeks 2-6
Crafting Begins
Your table now enters production, where our master craftsmen begin handcrafting it from the carefully selected timber, ensuring every detail is crafted to your exact specification.
Weeks 7-9
Finishing Process
Once coloured in your chosen finish, your table is sealed with multiple coats of premium clear lacquer. The result is a beautifully tactile finish that celebrates the oak's natural grain while offering lasting protection against family life, from dinner parties to children's crafts.
Weeks 9-10
Quality Inspection
Before leaving our workshop, your table undergoes a meticulous quality inspection to ensure every detail meets the exacting standards we set for every piece we create.
Weeks 9-10
Delivery & Setup
Once complete, your table is delivered by our dedicated in-house delivery team, Nathan and James. They will carefully place your table in the room of your choice, professionally assemble it, and ensure everything is perfect before leaving. They'll also guide you through the best ways to care for your table, so it can be enjoyed by your family for generations to come.
