Delivery + Installation
We take great care in ensuring that our delivery process is seamless and hassle-free for our customers.
If you are ordering a dining table, most of them are shipped unassembled to allow easy access but our experienced delivery drivers will assemble the table for you and provide detailed care instructions to ensure that your table lasts for many years to come.
Our delivery drivers have extensive experience working in our workshop and are intimately familiar with all of our tables, so you can rest assured that your table will be in good hands.
We are committed to delivering a high-quality experience and exceptional service to our customers, and we believe that our delivery process is an important part of achieving that goal.
Care for your new furniture
We are very proud of the quality of our furniture. We want our work to be something that can be passed down generations. That's why all of our oak and walnut wood is finished in 3 layers of protective lacquer so is as resistant to food and red wine stains without comprises to look and feel of the overall finish.
Although we in our opinion we provide one the best possible protections for wood in the industry, we still advise wiping the table down after use, and using place mats where possible. When wiping down your table use a damp cloth, you may choose to use a product on the table top but make sure it is a totally natural spray and especially nothingwith any type of bleach in the ingredients.
We can apply special UV protection to the table top but this is only needed for extreme cases. If you feel like this might be needed for you space then let us know and we can facilitate.
If the worst does happen and someone has had a go at playing Banksy on your wood surface then let us know as we do offer a refinishing service.
