FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

Yes, we have a large farmyard showroom based in Tring, Hertfordshire. You can browse our latest collections and get inspiration for you bespoke order or buy directly from the shop floor. We are open everyday 10am-4pm (including bank holidays)

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM?

No, need to make an appointment to visit our showroom, we are open 10am -4pm everyday and are ready to help

DO YOUR TABLES COME FULLY ASSEMBLED?

No, our tables come in pieces to ensure that they will fit in most doorways etc. Our experienced delivery team will  put your table together for you and run through how best to look after your table.

IF I AM BUYING SOMETHING BESPOKE DO I HAVE TO PAY IT ALL UP FRONT?

No, you can pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the table, and then the rest is paid just before the table is due to be delivered. If you would prefer this, then drop us an email or give us a call and we can run through the deposit over the phone.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCE OPTIONS?

Yes, we work with Duologi, where you can pay a minimum of 30% depsoit for a bespoke table, then the rest is paid over 12 months interest free once your table has been delivered. If you opt for one of our in stock tables then you will only need to pay a 10% deposit.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?

We deliver to the whole of England and Wales, but if you live further a field we are happy to help organise a courier to get your table delivered safely.
